Alongside the standard menu are specialised vegan desserts that pack all the flavour and mouth-watering goodness of their alternatives, giving businesses the edge when it comes to impressing their customers.

Available for delivery across the UK, businesses can choose their bespoke orders to their workplaces, business or even special events.

Antonietta’s Wholesale Cake & Gelato opened in 2019 by Antonietta. Antonietta originally from Italy, moved to Liverpool in 2008 to help her husband Donato launch his first business. In 2011 Antonietta opened her own bespoke cake business on the top floor of the Italian Quarter.

In 2019 Antonietta expanded her business and opened her wholesale concept. She now heads up Creamy Creations and Antonietta’s Wholesale Cake & Gelato on the top floor of the Italian Quarter.

Antonietta opened her wholesale business, with the aim to bring a new concept to go alongside the Gran Caffé and P&D Bakery. Already creating delicious desserts, cakes and pastrys for the Gran Caffé, she wanted to expand on this and offer her delicious creations to the wider business community of Liverpool, the North West and now across the UK.

As the Director of Antonietta Wholesale Cake & Gelato, our resident sweet expert Antonietta has been refining her skills in the art of pastry and Gelato making since she was just 16, spending time at various colleges in Italy like the renowned l`Etoile of Chioggia.

After becoming a maestro Gelataio by studying the chemistry of various gelato ingredients, Antonietta trained under Italy’s best pastry Chef Gino Massari where she learned the art of cake decorating.

Antonietta’s dream was to open her own cake store and decided to move into her very own cake lab within her family’s business. Family is very important to Antonietta and seeing the customers enjoy her creations makes her proud to be working with her family offering the people of Liverpool, Italian and modern delicacies.

Felicetta General Manager

Felicetta was born in Turin, Italy where she lived and worked until 2019. After visiting Liverpool, Felicetta fell in love with the city and returned to spend all of her holidays here, becoming a regular customer at the Gran Caffé.

After relocating, Felicetta started work in the Gran Caffé, growing close friends with Antonietta and the family at the Italian Quarter, she now manages Antonietta’s Wholesale Cake and Gelato.
